In my previous blogs I've covered some great ways to be more productive.
Tiny Decisions is a great way to choose what to do next when you need to shake up your tasks.
Using music to accelerate your learning or work is also a good way to deal with stress
And you can use our 4-Step process for getting more accomplished each day
So, now, I want to introduce you to another technique that will help you become more productive.
Have you heard about the Pomodoro® technique?
Developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, it uses chunks of time with breaks to keep you focused. Called the Pomodoro® technique, it is named after the tomato shaped timer that Francesco used as a university student.
Francesco Cirillo has training, tools and events over on his website where you can learn more.
I particularly like the Pomodoro® Timer Web App which allows you to set a timer on your phone or pc. Unlike just setting a standard phone on your timer or Alexa, you add in what you are working on so that you can remain focused. It also has a countdown to wind up.
